Reflecting Artistic Devotion and Craftsmanship Since 1998
From Banaras to the World, Honoring the Grace of Lord Khatushyam Ji, our journey is one of faith, artistry, and innovation
Our Philosophy: Mediums of Grace
As we reflect on Mother Ganges flowing through Banaras, thinking deeply at a spiritual level comes naturally to us. We think intensely about people, culture, and civilization. At the same time, we also reflect on the mediums that surround us. In a world without mediums, everything ceases to make sense. The importance of mediums is essential to every single thing and human being around us. We, at Jogai’s, are driven by the same philosophy. We are known not through our own singular artistic efforts but through the people we serve. Just like our products, we are nothing but mediums of our revered Lord Khatushyam Ji, whose grace defines the details of our art.
With humble beginnings, we started dealing in the export and supply of handicrafts in the year 1998. However, what has remained constant, is our dedication to quality, which is of ultimate importance to us. Only then does the economic value matter in our undertaking. Since the beginning, we have been grateful to be supported by customers who valued craftsmanship just as much as we did. This journey, however, was not simple for us, as economic recessions negatively affected our paths around 2005. Nonetheless, as devotees of Lord Khatushyam Ji, we braved it with a new leap of faith. Around the year 2007, we started a venture of using laser-carving machines to design and deliver quality products. Today, with our Lord’s blessings, we have been able to become industry leaders, with an equally loyal and diverse client base.
Our Humble Beginnings & Milestones
Started dealing in handicrafts
The beginning of our journey in Banaras
Braved the economic recession with faith.
Overcame challenges with the blessings of Lord Khatushyam Ji
Introduced laser-carving machines
Pioneering wood craftsmanship with innovative techniques.
Launched wooden Rakhis
Fused tradition with modern craftsmanship
As we envisioned the union of delicate woodwork with the formidable effects of laser machines, we have been grateful to redefine a range of products that serve not only as mementoes of honour but also as fine specimens of considerate artisanship. This is precisely the reason why the testimonials of our craftmanship are used on prestigious occasions both nationally and internationally, by respected world leaders all around. Though our products do not directly connect us to our customers, their functioning serves as a medium for the recognition of artistic vision. At first glance, one may forget the artists behind these fine testimonials of workmanship, yet, our products rise above the needs of endorsements.
At Jogai’s we value our products as means to our worship and devotion of Lord Khatushyam Ji, whose grace we seek in everyone who crosses our path. Though this enterprise is a necessity in terms of livelihood, at the end of the day, Jogai’s is all about reflecting the purity of its collective artistic soul. As long as we are a part of the City of Light, Jogai’s would remain devoted to the revival and evolution of Banaras’ fantastic handicrafts’ culture. In changing the vision and execution of woodwork from traditional norms to one with a futuristic outlook, at Jogai’s we are primarily driven by the need to incorporate the vision of our beloved customers.
From wooden Rakhis introduced in 2011, wooden buttons in 2014, among many other novelties, at Jogai’s we only limit ourselves to what the future may inspire us with. Now that the next generation of our family is stepping into our artistic vision, we attempt to unfold new means of fusing old handicraft traditions with novel technological services. At Jogai’s we shall always function as a medium to help you attain our Lord’s blessings with our humble attempts at artistry.
